1.1Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners. This policy also covers similar technologies such as pixels and local storage.
1.2Under UK privacy law (PECR, which works alongside UK GDPR), we must obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can give or withdraw consent using the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

2.1Strictly necessary cookies: these are required for the website to function (for example, remembering your cookie consent choice). They cannot be disabled, as the site would not work correctly without them.
2.2Analytics cookies: these help us understand how visitors use our site (e.g. which pages are most popular) so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. These are only set if you accept them.
2.3Analytics cookies: our external page-tracking script records anonymous page visits and time on page so we can understand how the site is used. This is only loaded if you accept analytics cookies.
2.4Form submissions (legitimate interest): when you submit our contact form, your details are sent directly to our CRM so we can respond to your enquiry. This is necessary to deliver the service you have requested and is not dependent on cookie consent — it works whether or not you accept analytics cookies, and no tracking cookie is set by submitting the form.

3.1When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in the "wr_consent" cookie for 6 months.
3.2You can change your preference at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in our website footer, which reopens the consent banner.
3.3If you reject analytics cookies, we will not load the Google Analytics script or our external page-tracking script. Submitting our contact form still works normally — your enquiry is sent to us so we can respond, regardless of your cookie choice. If you later change your mind, you can accept analytics cookies from the cookie settings.

4.1Some cookies are set by third-party services we use (such as Google Analytics). These third parties may use cookies to measure and improve their own services. We do not control these cookies directly, but you can manage them through your browser settings or via the third party's opt-out tools.
4.2Google Analytics opt-out: you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5.1Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. You can usually do this from the "Settings" or "Preferences" menu. Disabling all cookies may affect how our website functions.
5.2For browser-specific instructions, visit: support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647 (Chrome), support.mozilla.org/kb/cookies (Firefox), support.apple.com/guide/safari (Safari), or microsoft.com/edge (Edge).

6.1We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or how they work. Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
